Here at LANConnect, we provide numerous ways for you to let us know you are having a computer issue. Whether it be that your Internet connection is down, you cannot send or receive e-mails in Outlook, or no one in your office can connect to the shared drive on your company server, LANConnect makes submitting a computer support request simple.
1. The first easy way to contact LANConnect is by submitting an online support ticket using our Customer Portal.
If you don’t have a login yet, simply fill out the form on our computer support page then get used to loving the process of submitting an online ticket and getting a faster response! Normally, when you call we simply open a ticket for you, but you can cut us out of the mix and submit the ticket yourself, hassle-free!
2. Prefer to chat? How about chatting live online with a customer service representative.
When you see the “Chat Live With An Online Rep” button on www.lanconnectsystems.com/support simply click on the button, type in your issue, and the customer service rep will gladly create a ticket for you. Check for the support button Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm. And as a convenience, after chatting with the rep a transcript of the conversation can be sent directly to your e-mail inbox. Please remember, we will only be available to assist you with opening support tickets; technical support via chat is still not yet available.
3. Back to basics; we are just a phone call away!
Call us with your computer service issue during regular business hours to discuss the precise details of your problem. We will gladly point you in the right direction, whether it be to try rebooting your computer, open a service ticket, or provide directions to our office. 4. Last, but certainly not least, if time is not a concern, swing by our office and drop off your equipment.
